I am an executive administrator-business owner of my own company, where I offer ABA foundational knowledge training, ABA advocacy, recruitment consultation, and administrative support services to independent BCBA clinicians and ABA private practices. I specialize in helping them with the administrative aspects of their business or practice, such as new hire onboarding, email management, calendar and scheduling management, billing and claim submission audits, insurance authorizations, and staff credentialing.

In addition to my professional experience, I am pursuing a postgraduate certificate in organizational behavior studies at Capella University, where I am learning how to apply behavioral science principles and methods to improve organizational performance, culture, and leadership. My goal is to combine my expertise in ABA and organizational behavior to help organizations create positive and effective work environments for their employees and clients.
